The pruning process
We prune the apple trees every winter during their rest period. At this time of the year, the activity of the sap is minimal and the trees heal better.
We differentiate between different types of pruning, depending on the tree development stage:
Thanks to these pruning operations, we strike a balance between the tree development and a regular and quality fruit production.
Once branches are pruned, a rotary cutter passes through the paths to cut and mulch branches leaving behind residues nourishing the soil with decomposition.
