Huile d'olive et kabosu 25cl
The kabosu is a speciality of the city of Oita. It is also a small, Asian citrus fruit. More acid than the yusu, its avour and aromas are more lemony.
These oils are the result of a meeting between an olive oil producer and a lady from Oita passionate for cooking, the result of a successful Franco- Japanese collaboration.
Made from fresh Aglandau variety olives ( the richest variety in polyphenols ) and Japanese unsprayed exotic fruit, these oils give off surprising citrus fruit aromas while keeping the intensity of an oil from Aglandau olives.
The fresh fruits have been pressed with our olives in order to extract the wonderful aromas.
Advice for tasting
These oils are perfect for raw food ; they are wonderful with sh and shell sh. A marvellous exotic taste in all your dishes.
